Like I do?

Seriously....If I dont hide back a little this and that in "my secret place" it will be all the hell gone when I want some.

Anyone else do this?

Nope, but I don't have any!

I do hide it from the four legged beasts though, if that counts!

Like right now, I have the remainder of the chi chi's salsa con queso chese sauce, some Girl Scout Tagalongs, and a little carmel corn hidden.

Nope, she's the reason I go grocery shopping. Now, roommates....

Im tired of going to the drawer wanting some chips with my sandwich, and of course they are gone, and then I'm like ok.....who ate all the chips, and having some teenager with a bad haircut and chip crumbs all around his lips say....uhhhhhh I dunno....duhhhhhh.

Wait till she's old enough to reach the cupboards, or worse yet too lazy to make a sandwich, and eats all the snacks instead!!!!!

No, I just put little stickys on the packages that read - EAT THIS AND I'LL CUT YOUR ARM OFF!

Hey there KS!

Wait 'til they start hiding things from you !

Great, is this some retorical thing, or another joy I get to look forward too that wasnt spelled out in the contact!!!!!!!!!

ugh.......

Since I drink diet drinks I don't have to hide those. He won't go near them. :D

When I go grocery shopping I'll buy him a treat all for himself and the same for me. I won't touch his and I put mine away. Usually down in my office.

The StudMuffin ingests about 4,000 calories a day. I hide food from him because if I don't, I won't get to eat any of it. We got through a box of cereal in about a day. A week ago, I made chicken salad and stuck it in the fridge to let the flavors blend. I came back four hours later and he was sitting in front of the TV, crackers in hand and chicken salad almost completely gone.

Generally, though, I don't hide it from my son because he doesn't care for the food I like and he even if he did, he loves to share at this point. He's only 8 so he really hasn't turned into a calorie furnace like his father.

got the pickiest kiddes around, even candy hangs around for ages. The only thing that needs constant refilling are popsicles and frozen pancakes and they aint my bag anyway

My room is my secret place.

I feel safe, no 1 can harm me there.

I dont see pain or problems or crime or evil.

I see only my reflection and i like what i see

Blue skies upon me when i look out my window
The grass is always green clouds are never gray

I don't have kids (and don't plan on having any for a while yet)...

but your AV is making me want a puppy.

:(

My son is almost 2 and he wants a bite or a drink of EVERYTHING I have. I let him taste it, diet coke, coffee, whatever. I don't care. As long as it doesn't have alcohol in it I let him. He learns fast what he does and doesn't like that way I guess.

Mine are too little to be able to get their own food.

However, the big one knows better. Plus, if he does eat something I've been saving, he either gets to hear about it for the next three days, or go and get more right away.

Simple. :rose:
