A homeless person that has a monkey and a tin cup...?

I saw this guy in Seattle, and his monkey would take people's money that they gave. He had a small crowd around him. In the short time I watched, this guy made bank. I know he has the overhead expenses like monkey food, but he's still pocketing $ 50-100 an hour. And McDonalds wonders why they can't find any employees...?

I don't particularly have a soft spot for beggars (oops, excuse me is there a pc word for that now?), nor do they bother me. I figure if they're willing to demean themselves in society's eyes, and make $50 to 100/hour doing it, why the hell not?

I would find it amusing though, if someone began to really make money from this. With their Jag parked in front, wearing an expensive tailored suit they sniff their brandy & smoke a cigar while 'accepting donations'.

I think the monkey's a bit pretencious.
