Sometimes, innocently entering a thread here is a bit like walking into someone's bedroom. After reading a few posts I usually retreat feeling a bit uncomfortable. Are some people exhibitionists or am I just too sensitive?

Sometimes I do feel uncomfortable walking in on a thread where it's obvious a conversation is in progress. What's worse is when I don't read all the threads, post, and then see that I've posted right in the middle of an on-going conversation.

And I also think that a lot of people here let there inner exhibitionist out to play. If they feel fine posting it, I don't feel funny reading it. It was obviously meant to be read.

It's not as if we snuck into someone's bedroom, dug their diary out of the bottom drawer under all their T shirts and unlocked it with the key that was hidden in the jewelry box.

I'm not sure having "sensitivity" is a good thing in here. The most successful posters seem to be pretty brutal sometimes. I am happy to sit back and watch but I stay clear of the blood-letting as much as possible.

Hi JL, the layer of anonymity lets us all hang a little looser, yes? I like it, actually. I can avoid the annoying people, just as those who are annoyed by me can avoid me. And we can still talk about sex freely, something we rarely get to do in real life, at least not in a satisfying manner.

Some of the amateur pic threads *are* awfullyl revealing. Not just the body parts and inner workings of genitalia...but of attitudes towards body and sex. I am very happy to see less than Hollywood-perfect bodies, happy bodies, bodies belonging to people proud enough to share. Gee, maybe I'm a latent nudist or something...but my own body image is negatively affected by the billboard beauties and Penthouse dolls. So seeing "real" people in the buff has allowed me to see myself and love my body better.

No, I'm not drunk, ha ha ha! Maybe I should stop after 2 cups of green tea, though.
