I've done it twice; once with an MMF and once with a MtF Transexual and Man. The MtF had top surgery but not bottom surgery. So I like under two circumstances. First, both men (or men and transperson) need to be into each other. I don't get that whole "I'd love an MMF as long as he doesn't touch me/look at me/kiss me whatever." The men have got to be into each other as well as me. The other thing is, they both have to realize that I'm not a porn star!
