Do they still use the electric chair?

I have NO IDEA how we execute people. I don't really keep up on it. I imagine that we do mostly lethal injections, but that's a good question. Ima look that shit up.

Apparently we'll totally shock you to death but you have to ask for it. You go shot by default. I'd rather be electrocuted. I have a weird... needle... thing.

I can't be 100% sure but I think that Texas still has the electric chair as well as hangings and the firing squad.

There are still a few states that allow for inmates to opt for electrocution when lethal injection is deemed unconstitutional. But for the most part--nobody uses the electric chair these days.

Its kinda fucked up, no?

South Carolina has it as an option for the inmate choose. It was last used in 2008.

No, Randy -- uhh, I mean Mike -- they don't electrocute people for criminal harassment.

But the Violence Against Women Act has significantly increased the efficiency of American law enforcement's response to stalking.

Just in case you might be wondering.
