I wouldn't call myself a fan of visible veins in breasts, but I don't think I have ever thought of them as a turn off either. If I can see them, then that means I am seeing boobs, and if I am seeing boobs I am generally pretty happy hehe.

I just love boobs. (as long as they are notplastic fake things) I would rather have small breasts or even a Trans with no breast work than fake implants, something about the fake ones that in my opinion don't feel right).
