i did for the last time. they sent my order to a different address than i had specified, and they wont even credit the shipping to me so i can get the stuff i ordered now. and it wasnt just that, but their customer service people tried to tell me i was stupid (using other words) and tried telling me that i didnt put in the right address. how can i not put in the right address when i know where i'm going to be when i should get what i ordered? ggrrrr... some people are really stupid sometimes

Hmhh never had a problem with them at all and I have ordered lots and lots of stuff from their website.

My exgf has a huge collection of Lingere because of me :(

i wouldnt have a problem either if they were willing to refund the shipping on it since they messed up and i now have to pay the shipping twice on it

They ship over UPS. Get the UPS tracking number and then call UPS themselves. They should work out some kind of deal for you. You might even get it free. My roommates brother works for UPS and stuff like this is not an unsual occurence.

I have had similar problems when sending flowers. Sent a very nice Amarydalia(sp?) once and it got lost. It never got there so I got all my money back.

you get your choice of shipping... and since i dont have much spending money (i really treat myself when i have the extra) i get the cheapest shipping possible.. the USPS.. and it wasnt the postal service's fault it went to the wrong place. it was their computer's fault. they processed the order to go to ship to the billing address when it was specified to be shipped elsewhere.

its ok... i just wanted to vent some about it... and let everyone else know (if they cared) what may happen to them if they order something there.. i dont know if ordering from the catalogue is any different or not, but i do wish they were a little more organized and actually knew what numbers are.

I'm assuming that you used a credit card for this order. Your best bet when you have problems with a company like this, is to contact the credit card company. Put in a dispute on the charge and let them take care of it. More often than not, the cc company will be successful where you aren't.

i would do that Pokerman.. but i've sort of already recieved the stuff i ordered. the only problem is that its currently 150 miles away from me at my parents house. so now i have to wait for my mom to get it back into the mail and to pay shipping on it again. i could care less about paying for the stuff i ordered.. its the shipping that has me ticked off since they sent it to the wrong place. i just want the shipping back so i can give that back to my mom the next time i see her.

Doesn't matter. Explain the problem to the cc company. They can still refund the shipping fee. You're willing to pay for the merchandise, just not the s & h. Explain the problem to them. You'd be surprised how much they can help....I've had a lot of charges erased by contacting the cc company.

And (asssuming you used your mom's cc) if she has a gold or platinum card, the cc company will really kiss her/your ass with their willingness to help...

they give the option of having it sent to your billing address (the stuff on your credit card) or to a different address. i selected to have it go to a different address (my dorm room), but it went to the billing address (my parents house). i made sure of that, since i didnt want to wait 3 weeks longer to receive this stuff (i wanna play with it now dammit) which is the next time i'll be home. my mom is being nice enough to me on this to drop it back in the mail for me so i'll get it next week sometime. i know i put in the right addresses and all that, but for some reason they took the information that was previously stored from an order i made over the summer and used that instead of what was supplied this time.

I can see it all now!

its my credit card.. my name, all that stuff.. they consider me a good client since they keep raising my credit limit (they've raised it over $1000 in less than a year) i just think its ridiculous that the place i ordered from is being this difficult about their mistake.

Then definitely contact them.

I once had something installed at my house, and when i returned it, they told me they could refund everything except the installation fee ($99) because the work was done, whether or not i kept the merchandise. (Apparently even something I signed said that, too). But i called the cc company....and lo and behold the $99 was permanently removed from my bill.

Damn. And I so wanted to buy those stockings and push-up bra.
