From a Queer Eye perspective... I would actually cut your hair shorter, lose the hat, and wear a tshirt one size smaller than what you are wearing.
You have some attractive features (which means you are attractive), but you just need to accentuate them. one of the most attractive things a guy can do is to be confident, but beware there is a thin line between confident and cocky.
