Do Any Women Have Transformation Fantasies?

Most transformation fetish fiction out there is due to the transgendered male to female crowd. I am a straight cisgendered male who is interested mostly in stories where women transform into other women through any means (body swap, possession, shapeshifting, body part transformation).

I keep thinking about writing stories of my own but my artistic weakness is wanting motivations of the female characters to be realistic. I have been told that it is my story and I shouldn't care about realism as long as I like it, but I do want my female characters to act like real female characters and need help understanding the cisgendered female perspective.

Can any ladies here help out? What would you do if you were given the power to change yourself or swap bodies or possess others? Who would you become and why? Or would you just want the power to change some parts of yourself such as age, breasts, height, athleticism, etc? Who would you share your secret with? Could you trust a female friend in your body? Would you want to try out new bodies with the boyfriend or husband? How would you deal with awkwardness of him wanting to try you out in new forms? Is it cheating? All thoughts are appreciated.

Actually, there's arguably more furry-related transformation fantasy material than gender-related. And the amount of feeding/fattening/inflation material isn't trivial either. You just won't find them here on lit much.

Me, if I could be anything I'd be a hermaphrodite, of the male-on-the-outside, female-on-the-inside variety, and then I'd consider adding wings, a tail, cat or fox ears... It would be tough deciding whether to have black or blond hair/fur/feathers.

But as far as shapeshifting being some kind of cheating, no, that's ridiculous unless your lover has the really bad taste to ask you to mimic a specific other person. It would certainly be irritating if your lover wanted you to have a body type that you disliked wearing, though. Like breasts - so many people are obsessed with them, but I'd really rather have muscular pecs. I had a dream one time that there were a pair of humans who were lovers and liked each others' bodies, but then aliens made first contact with humans and gave us an advanced medical both that could reshape a body any way you wanted. Both lovers got reshaped the way they had always wanted to look, but then neither was really attracted to the other. They angsted about destroyng their relationship, but ultimately decided that they would keep their new bodies and break up, rather than go back or even compromise.
