While I tend to agree with both you and Sassy in terms of what might be of interest to women in general, I have to say that with a little creativity here, he could spin it into an interesting story ...

So, if you wanted to go down the horror genre ... you could do kind of a rip-off of Donovan's Brain, for those who have seen that movie. In fact, maybe he could even claim that he wasn't in control when he posted that "dick pick", and that his penis has been possessed by some horny teenager who died in a tragic accident by slipping on the soap while taking a selfie of his penis in the shower.

Or you could go the more romantic supernatural route .. where it's the story of a lonely penis who just never had the socialization to appeal enough to the vaginas in his life to get a peek inside one. It's kind of an awkward, nerdy, penis who thinks by showing off, that somehow get a vagina to like him ....

There are so many ways you could go depending upon the personality you give the penis ... so I think he could recover with a little creativity .. don't you?
