Disturbing, Lascivious "Prank" Call...

Hi All,

I don't know where to start nor how to start so bear with me. I just received the 2nd of two phone calls which I'm now categorizing as pranks or just... weird. They left me feeling stupid, exposed, used, and a little disturbed that I allowed them to go on for so long. The calls were of an overtly, explicit sexual nature veiled as an opportunity for work (think high fashion, models, etc... ). I'll explain...

I am a freelancer in my industry and I get calls frequently from people I don't know. When people are calling from other countries, the number typically shows up as Unknown or blocked. This number was blocked. The conversation started out normally enough, with the gentleman explaining the possibility of a week long gig with a good rate. He knew of what he spoke. Technical aspects were on point and for all I know this man could actually have been the person he says he was but using a fake name. Anyway, the conversation quickly devolved into him asking me my comfort levels with other men, asking of my previous sexual history, and how comfortable I'd be in various situations. He veiled all of this in a mask of "this may happen" during the job. I had to hang up with him on the first call last night due to other plans. Things hadn't gotten too weird at that point and he told me he'd call me back today. Which he did. Right on time.

After a while, I began to feel that this was not for real (I'm sure some of you are rolling your eyes at this point, but all of this was veiled in the guise of work with a large rate to boot). Up to a certain point what he was saying and asking could have been legit; these things could happen and I have just never been privy to them. What they amounted to were questions gauging my homosexuality and how far I'd be willing to go in hypothetical situations related to this gig: "Would I be comfortable oiling up male model's penises?", "Sometimes on closed sets things get a little hot, would you jump in?", etc...

All the while he was talking (and he did most of it) I was Googling the details he was giving to find that nothing matched up. At this point I started to record the conversation. It devolved into him telling me stories of his sexual experiences (with father, nephew, models, assistants, etc...). He then asked how I would feel if he told me that he was jerking off right then and there. I'm no prude (I mean, I'm here) so none of it was shocking or disturbing but this new bit of information was the final straw, proving that this had nothing to do with work. I turned defensive and when I asked for his last name, for a link to his work, etc... he promptly hung up.

It left me feeling... just odd. Used to some extent. Gullible to the extreme. And when all those emotions were processed, anger ensued. I called AT&T to try and trace the number with no luck. So all I have is a bad recording.

Don't know what I'm looking for here. Maybe just to get it off my chest. So thanks.
