A woman on her Period tend to be hightend sexually. That is a good thing. Why would you parade a woman around? I might not understand the question here.

Are you possibly meaning displays of humiliation (red spot)? I think it would make a female look ignorant to the fact there are so many types of sanitary measures today. Not sexy.
