Ok, I don't get it, why do people get so angry about the stories I wrote when there is gay sex invovled but it was mis-labelled when I submitted it?

Also, why do they get so pissed off just from the fact that this is an erotic literature website?

I had one gay guy from India pissed off at me because I labelled one of my stories as "group sex" instead of Gay Male where there was both gay and lesbian stuff going on.

Oh and also, why do some people not understand that some of these stories are fictional? I wrote one about phone sex and a person was bashing on me about being loyal...I don't get it.

I'm not expecting anyone to answer, I just want to know if anyone else gets this kind of crap from these so called "critics"?

Oh hell yes. We all get that shit. According to one of my Troll fans I'm a "Black, slut, Whore Bitch". That's pretty funny. Visit the Anonymous Thread and you'll see.

Jenny, have you been holding out on us? Are you really a slutty black whore? And here you had us thinking you were a white, puritan princess.

Hahahahaha... Read my sig line, 3113... I actually got that in Anon Feedback on the Rape Story I did a while back. It's too funny.

I'm a bloody Irish trollup and hardly a filthy, Black, Ho, slut Bitch :D

It's happened to us all, hon.

If you do not fulfill the expectations of the reader (if your story doesn't give them the appropriate material to complete their stroke quotient) then they will be angry.

Fuck 'em. They'll get over it.

Try to forget about it, write your next story, move on.

Welcome to the AH!

I think about it this way...

Someone actually had the time and willpower to read every word of something they hated... I'm just amazed by that.

I can't make it past the first sentence of most stories.

The ones I love are the trolls who go to a Catagory they hate and poop all over the stories because they don't like the subject matter.

And there is as good a definition of a pathetic as I could come up with on my own.

In the amount of time it takes to do that the person could do something meaningful... like masturbate.

You know, maybe I should write a Loving Wives or Erotic Couplings story just to see what the feedback is. I scan these stories occasionally, usually quite boring, but the feedback is amazing.

This isn't right, he should be aware of this. His wife might like big black cock. He should keep her away from situations like this.

So, offering advice to a fictional character? I'd say that's pretty positive feedback.

Oh yeah! I ventured into the 'Loving Wives' category for one of my storys and within hours, i was bombed by trolls and subject to vile comments from schizoids. People don't even read the story half the time, they simply can't stand the category and react accordingly. Naturally this begs the question of why they bother to wander in there in the first place? But hey, who am i to speculate on that... My LW story now stands at my lowest rating, even though (by far) the most people read it!! Funny huh.

'Erotic Couplings' isn't quite so controversial although i believe 'Non-consent/reluctance' is.

Anger is addictive. By going into a category they hate the addicts are getting their hit.

LW is favoured for this because so many addicts, it seems, got cheated on by their spouses. I have some sympathy for the spouses. Who wants to be married to an addict?

My most popular story is my lowest-rated one too. Largely due to fans of the subject matter whose expectations I did not fulfill. Oh fucking well. I pleased enough people who sent me good feedback on the story that the bad shit doesn't matter... much.

It's easy to understand why the spouses would stray...

Oops. Just left myself open on that one for the trolls...

This situation, I believe, speaks for itself. What you are dealing with are petulant children—at least in the sense that these creatures have not matured emotionally. What they are really telling you is that they love you. Let me explain. When boys and girls are little and they have a crush they express it far differently than when we are all grown up. Little boys will bring a warty old toad or a slimy worm to the object of their affections, and even toss it in the little girl’s face, thereby ensuring a scream and retribution. A little girl will see the boy she has a crush on and punch him in the arm or clobber him with a book at school, just to get his attention.

The same principle applies here. Though these immature little maggots cannot express themselves properly what they are trying to say is that you are a favorite among their noxious kind and without you their lives would have no meaning. Congratulations! You have arrived.

Its heart-warming knowing that the kind souls who call me Whore/Slut/Shit and vomit in your body, Bitch! - really do like me in their own twisted way. Fair brings tears to my eyes.. Everybody needs that kind of adoration! :D

I have to admit I prefer the NICE comments tho... Makes it all worthwhile to hear somebody say they loved your story and can you please write more? :rose:

My characters have begged me with tears in their type-written eyes, for me not to marry them to each other....
"NO, don't send us to that LW category, pleeeze!"

Well, Rach, as you and I share that same admirer I have to agree with you. Remember, I'm the one he loves so much that he called me "Ugly old cunt." I just love  that guy!

I just got a message from Anon DEMANDING a happy ending to my latest series. I have a good mind to have the heroine killed in a bloody gun fight and leave the hero devastated and broken...

After one of my stories got slaughtered in LW I can see why.

The ones that get to me aren't the ones that call me names. The ones I hate are the ones where they tell me what I write isn't up to what they think it should be.

And I love the compliments when they ask for more, but when I get emails telling me to hurry the hell up, sometimes the irrational (and biggest part of my psyche) wants to just stop right then and say, hey, you wanna try to do this??? And then kill off all my characters in a big bloody gun battle.

Dani, you and I think too much alike... :D :catroar: see number 18

So what are the rules for the LW category? I went to see what all the fuss was about one day and the top two stories both had disclaimers that they contained no sex. I tried to read the next couple and they seemed very ordinary - then she sucked this and I fucked that - and I didn't manage to follow them all the way through. What is so special about this category? I'm dying to try now.

Hey.... I proud to be called a "filthy, black, whore, slut" by my Troll fans. It means they actually read my words. Who cares if they hated them :D

I think what this is really all about is not the feedback. It's about how the Trolls attack the writer personally over stories they didn't like. With that kind of logic it's clear that some of these readers should go back to the Comic Book section and stay away from Lit.

Succintly put and brava, Jenny! You hit the nail on the head.

If their bitchin' their readin'...well, sort of. Actually, judging by how and what they write I'm not sure the illiterate bastards CAN read.

What is special about this cat, as far as I can tell, is that it offends the sensibilities of those readers who hold with the sanctity of marriage. Most of the trolls that have sent messages to my emails condemn me to the Pope for my offense against marriage. Most of them don't realize that the story I told was not my offense. It was a true story. I changed a few things about it to soften the tragedy of it but it wasn't pretty.

Those that don't have a religion-based objection sounded to me as if they were the husbands whose wives cheated on them. Their attacks were personal and had no bearing upon the ability of the author.

Does that help?
