Left as black text, it is probably more likely to be overlooked (unless someone is specifically looking for it) at that size. I might suggest changing the color to something like red or having it a bit larger.

I'd make it bold. Size 1 is easier to read when bold.

I do find it refreshing considering the number of siglines that take up half a page on the screen .

Take up too much space, and take too long to load the page every time I refresh or thread hop.
Rarely read them.
