Segediner Goulash

Made this for dinner tonight and oh man did it bring back old times.

1 bag Saurkraut rinsed at least twice in cold water. (I rinse it three times but that's just me.)

1 pound boneless Pork cut into one inch cubes.

1 Onion sliced

Paprika

Several Bay Leaves

Two Tablespoons Fennel Seeds

Salt and Pepper to taste

Pan fry the Pork until done. Toss into large pot along with the saurkraut. Add Bay Leaves, Fennel Seeds and Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook over low heat. The Kraut will change color to a reddish brown. Cook until the pork is tender.

Serve along side Mashed Potatoes laced well with butter.

Enjoy.
