Dinner Rocked Tonight!

I took 1/2 package of reduced fat cream cheese and microwaved it in a bowl for about 30 seconds. To that, I mixed in 1 can of tuna, a splash of lemon juice, a splash of wostechiere, a sprinkle of onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper (the spice), black pepper, and basil.

I took reduced fat crescent rolls and flatned them out and put some of the mixture in the middle and sealed them into little packets.

I baked them according to the directions on the crescent roll package and VIOLA! :D

Next time, I would add some celery, maybe broccoli, and/or water chestnuts for crunch appeal.

Try mixing pesto sauce, sweet onions, and one boiled egg to one of those tuna packs.:p

It's good.:D

Boiled eggs? eeeewwwww Not my thing.

The pesto and sweet onion! YUM!!! :D

ummm...the goods are in the fridge if you want leftovers.

You don't like boiled eggs in your tuna?

What about mixing it with yogurt?

I used to gross out everyone at work when I did that. :D

But it was good.

hmmm... no boiled eggs in tuna and NOOOOO yogurt!!! I'll just put your name on those little packets...I don't think yogurt bakes.

I like sweet pickle in my tuna sandwhiches.
