Oh man I am so looking towards this.

In the fridge are two closed containers. One contains Chicken Winglettes marinating in Jerk Sauce. They will be slow grilled tomorrow for dinner.

The other container contains beef cubes marinating in Hawaiian style Teriyaki, with extra Pineapple Juice. These Beef cubes will be grilled on Thursday, then made into Kabobs for when my parents are visiting to help with the new flooring.

Both meals will taste great.

Beer? But of course I have beer. At current count there are ten cases of my fathers best homebrew sitting in the back room. (Ten cases, each with 20 1/2 Liter Bottles.)

He has promised to drop off more before he heads north.

Oh I forgot to mention. The head of the local Supermarket has promised that he will be getting a shipment of Rabbits in. You know I'll be grabbing some of them for the freezer.

Now if only I could get some Venison I would be happy. (And some Boar, boar would be nice.)

Okay so I relented on my wife and tossed some more winglettes in a Lemon Pepper Marinade for her. I just put them on the grill and I do have to admit they smell good.

I'm slowly grilling them so it will take a while for them to cook. Once they are done I'll be popping a movie into the player and we'll do some chowing.

Okay so I'm being cruel.
