I was watching real sex on HBO and I saw this woman put her dildos in the dishwasher to get clean. Can you really do that? I guess itd be a great way to get rid of germs at that really high of heat of water.

I just wouldn't put it in with the dishes.

As long as it's a fairly hard plastic, it should be fine.

I've seen glass ones that are perfectly safe to stick there, as well as hard acrylic ones.

As long as you don't put vibes in there I think you would be fine.

The water would probably screw up the motor.

;) Yeah I figured my glass one would be perectly fine, but the others I wasnt sure. You can never bee to careful with your dildos.

This has been posted before I think it's Nora's? :D

It's not advisable to put battery driven dildos in the dishwasher or use them in the bath.

Sex toy care instructions 101:

Most polymer based toys do ok in hot water, just do not use the dish drying function on the dishwasher, and make sure the toys are waterproof, and the battery chamber has been emptied.

Ideally all toys whether they be plastic, latex or sillicone based should be washed in a solution of one part hydrogen peroxide and two parts water, to disinfect them.

any other questions PM me.
