I dont remember who wanted to know, or what thread, but I got it ordered, it came in and is on our shelves.

Yep, EE...I ordered it for my store and have had it now for two weeks or so. We're running a "Buy one, get one" deal. lol

It's not bad. <shrug> I'd not crawl through the desert for one, though. lol

I have tried the standard vanilla coke, but since i hate th ediet taste, have avoided that one.

I must admitt to not minding the standard one... its like black creaming soda.

I'm the wrong person to ask. I switched to drinking mainly diet sodas almost a year ago. lol So...I don't notice it much. <shrug>

My kids tasted it the other day at Wal Mart.

My daughter said it tastes just like regular Vanilla Coke with a diet soda aftertaste.

Yucko!! I can't stand the regular vanilla coke. Blech! Tastes like marshmallows are in it........blech!

I actually saw it at 7-11 today and picked up a bottle. I like it better than the regular Vanilla Coke (which is too sweet for me), but I still dig the diet Cherry Coke the most.

Oh yes, I LOVE diet cherry coke!

Ugh! I can't stand Diet Cherry Coke! I bought a bottle once and didn't finish it. I'd rather have Pepsi Blue than Diet Cherry Coke.

Diet anything tastes like sugared water

i wouldn't try vanilla coke let alone diet vanilla coke.

i did however get a 16 oz. bottle of blue pepsi~i don't know why but for the sake of drinking something blue. tasted kind of like pop rocks.

the best tasting diet sodas out there i found are doc brown's diet creme and black cherry. none of that "diety" taste you get from other diet soft drinks.

vanilla is such a simple flavor but so easy to get wrong when using chemicals.
