No AJ here this morning- wonder how he (and others) did with the storms last night? We got thunderstorms, but nothing out of the ordinary for April in the midwest. Today we are supposed to be in the line of fire for hail, etc. We'll see, so far it is sunny outside.

A friend in Kansas had wind damage but not tornado damage. I'm guessing AJ may be without power today.

The Medical Examiner's Office confirms that there have been five fatalities in Woodward (OK).

I don't know about AJ, but here in sw Iowa we had a hospital and college hit with an EF2. Lucky for all there were no major injuries or fatalities. My heart goes out to those who lost friends & family in Oklahoma and elsewhere.

Hummmph. I see AJ has been posting so I guess he did survive.

No real damage around here other than a tree limb down at a house down the street. We were luck, just a few thunderstorms. The friend in Kansas showed me pictures of the trailer park down the road from her son's house. Well, what WAS a trailer park. It is pretty much gone now.
