It doesn't save my login credentials either. Either I logged out a month or so ago, or got logged out automatically. Now it won't save my login credentials when I hit remember me. I have to login completely if I close and reopen my browser.

Try putting https:// in front of forum.literotica.com

That works for me, if I've logged into the story side first. I don't tick Remember Me, but remain logged in all day.
