I was listening to two women on my local PBS channel.
It became clear, which woman supported Trump.

Today, my diffuse, generalized pool of collected facts
and opinions, ran headlong into a solid object.

I am not sure which program carried the confrontation.
I checked through the list that WGBH carries.
It might have been part of Religion and Ethics.
Small sections do get discarded, in transference.
The other programs had measured and reasonable discussions.
(Though one panel member that was a Trump supporter echoed her Master's Voice.
"Four against one." She slipped it in a the very end of the program, when everyone else had sat back. The discussion was over and the video footage was for the end credits shots.) Nice maneuver I have to praise the Trump camp's choice. This Trump defendent was chosen for the PBS market. London superiority, sophistcated, yet understated choice of wardrobe. Well spoken, well mannered, and restrained. Impeccable timing. The Democrats have been warned about Trump stealth attacks.

The solid object was a water tight, immovable Trump supporter.
She was not a Trump troll flake, that vaguely knows the Trump script.
This woman was impenetrable as a tank. This woman was also chosen especially for the PBS market. This woman would never be caught at a loss, never flub, never be left caught gasping like a voiceless fish. Never become an embarrassment in the media feed. This is the personification of the immovable wall.

The Trump party line, is that the Trump Pussygate scandal is in the rearview mirror. According to the organs of the Trump operation, Trump has followed all of the proscribed steps and procedures to clear away this "blunder." The orders from the Trump Reich is that this tiny, unimportant issue be disregarded.

The orders from above, are to move on, and attend to issues that matter. While Democrats are centered on ideals, and hoping sexual harassment and sexism have found a permanent battle base, the operatives and supporters of Trump are being guided to concentrate on economics, taxes, medical insurance coverage, immigration, terrorism, and the golden egg of the religious institutions. Banning Abortion and Planned Parenthood.


The mobilization of serious campaign experts, might explain the unoganized and scattered response of elected Republicans. Trump may appear to be rejecting any authority, other than himself, to keep his temperamental base satisfied. In reality, the people that count, decided they would support his bid. G.W. Bush was shoehorned into office, despite everything else.

As usual, I am not sure what I am peering at.

I have been faced with a bewildering immovable stubbornness, opposing reality.

But, there is also a bewildering stubbornness on the part of Democrats.

I am sorry to say it, but Democrats need to focus on what matters at this time.

The election.

Yes, it is wonderful that women on both sides of the political fence have found a commonality.

Fine and good. Yes, in the future there might be an opportunity for bi partisan discussions.

Hillary needs to win in order that there will be a future for everything Democrats hold dear.

Saw a CNN interview clip on Franklin Graham today--that would be the evangelical Christian leader who has an annual salary of $880,000 from his Samaritan's Purse organization (quite some purse that). He responded to Trump's revealed sexual behavior with comments on e-mails and holding one's nose in the voting booth.

But if people MUST be so weak as to give into the sins of the flesh, sex MUST only be between a man and a woman under a church-sanctioned marriage and MUST always be punished by having a child, I mean a little blessing.

And don't forget, it's all Eve's fault that we have sin in the first place, so it's only proper that women are the property of their fathers' and eventually their husbands' so women's bodies don't belong to them anyways, but to their fathers' or husbands'.

Now, would you like to hear about how the Flintstones was historically accurate or how physics was altered by the Great Flood so that light, which couldn't be refracted beforehand could be refracted afterwards, because an omniscient deity hadn't invented sticky notes yet but needed something to remind it not to commit global genocide by water again.

5,000 people who turned out for evangelist Franklin Graham’s prayer meeting Wednesday at the Capitol in Richmond.

Like others interviewed in the crowd, Pritchett plans to vote for Trump, in spite of his qualms about a 2005 tape in which Trump lewdly bragged about his ability to grope women.

The tape “was totally disgusting,” Pritchett said. “Then again, it’s not about what one man says or what some woman says. It’s about where our country needs to go. What we have had the last eight years, we can’t go there again.”

Technically a miscarriage would be considered an "Act of God", so maybe the state churches should be taxed to pay for the cremations.

Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted about "[d]eeply disturbing rhetoric by Trump," calling his recorded words "an insult to all women & contrary to GOP values." The governor immediately got lambasted by Trump supporters for selling out the party.

What he didn't do was actually unendorse Trump. Of course, neither did Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, who tweeted "there is absolutely no excuse to ever talk about women in such a crude and demeaning way," but still stayed on as Trump's campaign chair in Texas.
