Take a second look. Your attachments aren't particularly crisp and clear. Either that or I need to consult an optometrist.

I thought I was fine, but I seem to have stepped in it without knowing.

Symptons?.

Excessive thirst.I mean I used to drink gallons,beer,water,more beer.

The most unnerving thing was weight loss.For no apparent reason I lost 4 stones in about 9 months.

4 stone? That is a LOT of weight. Do you have family members that have diabetes?
How hard was it for you to make the life changes you needed to cope with diabetes?
