Tonights dinner was what Heather affectionately calls Devils own Chicken.

Take several Chicken Breasts and cut into strips. Cover liberaly with Tabasco Chipotle, or other Chipotle based hot sauce, toss in a bag and let sit in the fridge for at least a day. Grill the chicken, then chunk.
We prefer it served with a little shredded Lettuce, a touch of slivered Onion, all wrapped in a warm Torilla.
(It's also good served in a salad.)

I do something similar with wing sauce, but I bake it and keep basting it.
Damn, you always make me hungry!:D
