It was almost certainly on either Literotica or Asstr. It is several chapters long, with each chapter being quite sizeable. At least as old as 2017, probably several years older.
The plot revolved around a place (temple, school, academy thing?, makes me think of Ender's Game) where all the inhabitants were gifted with a sort of mind-control power, where they could basically engage in battles of willpower with each other (usually resulting in the loser being made to do embarrassing actions, including getting fucked). There was a powerfully-gifted bully dude that basically mind-control & fucks the girl the MC likes, eventually MC surpasses him though by a longshot. There was also some ability to manipulate reality with those same mental powers, I distinctly remember the MC trying to create a door in a wall or something around the start of the story.
Near the end it's revealed that some supernatural being/leader of the whole organization (Makes me think of flowers or petals or something, maybe a butterfly?) has basically given a piece of itself to all these people with the mental power, which is how they got it. And the MC and a former high-ranking member of the organization end up revolting against the leader.
