I made those four hours ago, along with old fashioned gooey peanut butter cookies and new fangled gooey peanut butter cookies with Reeses Peanut Butter cups baked in them.

Sometimes my baking runs to all hours of the night. My day usually begins around 11 am and ends somewhere comfortably aroudn 3 am. I'll put the cheescake to bed in the fridge in about fifteen minutes, which is about three hours pre-bedtime.

If I were to torture you, I'd post a pic of it. And the recipe.
