Yes, you just captured why the Republican Party was turned into a death cult. Hundreds of thousands of Americans died because these delusional misfits undermined basic public health measures during the pandemic. People die every day from gun violence, because these delusional misfits are fixed on a broad distribution of semi-automatic weapons and promotion of social conflict and scapegoating.
