If they are under the influence of a drug you could put it in Mind control...
Now in reality-which of course we are not in- Mind control is non consent. If someone is under hypnosis, drugs, a super power, a scientific device, whatever....if they are doing things they would not normally do then there is no real consent and technically its rape.
