Tara was a angel, but not the type that you would call daddys little angel, she was a real angel sent from heaven. Tara in her years was 125 but looked to be 19, she had long brown hair, dark green eyes, 5'7 and weighed 100 pounds. She lived on earth, as a guardian angel, she hated her secret, few could see her and she was lonely she didn't choose this life. Tara didn't know that in a few days her life would be changed forever, little did she know her next case was no human but a demon himself, in her world demons were pure evil and only on earth for one reason, she also didn't know that he'd be the first man she'd ever love... but neither knew the others secret...Tara would revel in what she found out, there was good in evil, as well as evil in good. http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j28/FLAMEANGEL226/Angels/3ae13927.gif(Pic of Tara as Angel)

OOC: Thanks for the opportunity, Angel. I hope I am up to the formidable task at hand.

Alex has been wandering this lonely planet for some 300 year, a miserable existence when he considered his brothers and sisters, battling for Lucifer's Right. All he wanted to do was battle angels in the Abyss.

Instead, he was on Earth, his mission to foment violence, anger, hatred, war.

He had been doing well of late, too. Sudan, Darfur, Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, suicide bombings, 9/11...

And then he met Tara...

Alex is 6'3", appears to be in his mid-20s. His hair is black as night, and he has been wearing it slicked back lately. He has high cheekbones, a thin nose, brown eyes that sometimes flash to a deep burgundy red. His skin is nicely tanned, his body well built, athletic, powerful.

Tara

OOC: I am glad to have you:)

Tara found herself wandering earth again...another day of having to save someone.. she hated these days the days where she was sent upon to watch over some young man or woman that got lost along the way.. she sighed.. they didn't tell her much about the guy.. just where and when to find him.. she was glad at times noone could see her, cause then they never could see the lonliness in her eyes... she wasn't taken she chose this life.. she was born into it.. but there were days she wanted to be normal... a normal young woman.. that felt pain, remorse among other things.. but that wasn't the sort... she walked in her human form still stunning.. but without the wings, and the windblown look.. she wore a tight button down jacket, over a tight v-neck blouse.. tight jeans and tennis shoes she left her long hair hang.. she wished she could be like these other woman.. but that would never be.

There was a lot to do, making sure people kept dying with hatred in their hearts. But Alex was barred from doing any of the actual killing; it was always a matter of inciting murder in humans. And rape. And suicide. Suicides were the best. Drug overdoses, bad trips, plain old-fashioned depression, pull the trigger, and end it all. Except then you find out it's not over, not at all. It's never over for them.

Alex connected the dots. He put the gangs together with the drug cartels. He put idealists in the hands of extremists. He convinced the mighty to protect themselves by bombing innocents in far-away lands.

He was sitting in the bar, just watching the other patrons shooting pool, tossing darts, flirting, watching the football game, drinking and drinking and drinking their sad little existences away. He chatted idly with the bartender about football.

It didn't take long before there were bad vibes flowing between certain patrons. Jealousy and lust became a little more primordial. Passions rose. Angers flared. Punches were thrown...

Long after Alex had stepped out into the cold night air for a cigarette, leaning against the wall, listening to the chaos ensuing inside.

Tara

Tara sighed to herself usually there was alot going on and she had to get to this place find this man, and see what the drama was in his life.. what danger he was in if any.. stupid heaven at times she wished she could do anything but what she was sent for... and here she was with no idea what she was sent to this man for... they told her she would know as soon as she came upon him.

There was so much hatred in the world.. but so much kindness as well... the line was thin that was sure.. and it was usually the demons that brought the darkness.. and she was the one angel that could keep it all even.

She ran her hands through her long hair and made her way to where she was headed... Tara was nervous.. then again she always was in cases like this one.

Her mother told her this wasn't going to be a easy case and that bothered her.. but she had to go through with it, it was indeed her life.

She came upon the man they told her she would happen upon.. now was the tricky part.. how to strike a conversation.. she stood beside him and too leaned against the wall... she pulled her cellphone out.. yeah likely for a angel.. but they improvised... she pretened to call someone as if she was angry and that they were late.. then slammed the phone and put it in her pocket.

He drew sharply on his cigarette as the woman stood close to him and began talking animatedly on her cell phone. Alex raised an eyebrow as he listened to her, looked her up and down.

He took his cigarette out of his mouth and said: "You don't want to go in there, anyway." He looked into her eyes for just a moment. "It's about to get a little rowdy." He smiled, took a drag on his smoke and, as if on cue, came the sound of a glass bottle breaking over the bar, and then a flurry of activity inside.

Tara

Tara looked over at him as she hung up and smiled a little.. he was a nice looking amn no doubt about that.

''I think I might give it a shot anyway'' She said softly in a voice so sweet, as she stepped into the bar.. and the rowdiness slowed down.. as she went to the bar to get a glass of water or stronger she thought.. hey she was a angel.. but her job was hard.

Now that was interesting, he thought, watching her walk to the bar, and suddenly people were hugging, apologizing, kissing the people they were supposed to be kissing. The home-town team scored a touchdown.

Alex took a drag on his cigarette and leaned against the wall. That was unnatural. Something was wrong here. Was she...? No, impossible. Why would they ever give a demon a guardian angel?

His eyes flared red, but he dismissed the possibility. Since he had been banished to the mortal realm, he had never had contact with any celestial or demonic beings. He had been an island to himself, knowing only that one day he might get back to his former state, if only he got a shit load of souls for Lucifer.

Had Gabriel caught on? And sent a guardian angel to keep the peace around him? Was he that close to getting back to the battlefields?

Alex took a final drag off his cigarette. He was intrigued. He threw the butt to the ground, stomped it under the heel of his boot, and walked back into the bar. The bartender was just delivering this woman a glass of water. He ordered another pint of a nice lager. She was just a couple feet away from him.

He turned and looked at her as the bartender poured his beer. "When are your friends going to get here?" he asked her.

Tara

Tara smiled at the peace.. but had hoped the man watching her hadn't noticed.. sometimes.. she hated this job.. trying to keep the peace was a hard battle for her to fight. She then thought back to his smile and the way he said don't go in there... a demon! No way.. her higher beings wouldn't place her in that kind of danger... it wasn't like she asked to be born into this.. oh hell Tara thought.. thats where she was.. hell on earth... and was she the one to save it.. no he didn't look like a demon.

Her dark usual green eyes.. specked nice with pink around them when they turned a dark blue when her mind seemed to think to much.. stop this Tara the elders would never send you to a demon.

She shook her head and sat at the bar, removing her coat.. most people couldn't see ehr.. but she apperared herself to the bartender and the man.. so to many wouldn't catch on.

She leaned back in the chair turned and smiled at the bartender then at the other man that she was sent to.

''There not coming.'' She said with a smile then thought what friends.

Alex

"They're not coming," she said.

"Well that's a shame," he said, leaning back against the bar and taking a gulp of his beer. He looked around the place. Everyone seemed content and happy and in a good mood. All this positive energy was driving him mad.

His eyes flared for a moment. He blinked, calm them down, turned to the girl. Something about her was different. He had known countless women through the ages, and every one of them had been a totally unique creature.

This one stood out, and he had no idea why. He felt an unfamiliar ache. He wondered what he would have to do to corrupt this one. He had seen the purest turn to darkest night.

He smiled at her, and said: "My name is Alex."

Tara

''Not really I like to be alone.. it gives me time to think'' She said softly and smiled her same soft tone.. was he a demon, no there was no way her family would do that to her... she she thought possitive that maybe he was just a man that liked the darkness.. she had seen many a darkness herself, and to herself she must admit.. it could get quite hard.. but she had hung in there.

She yawned slightly and sipped on her water as she looked at him trying to study his thoughts his mind.. she wanted to know what had amde him tick, she smiled a little again.

Tara wondered if he was as she thought, how she could not turn him to a angel, but perhaps turn him from the darkness.. if he was like her it wasn't as if he asked to be this way he was born into it also.

''Tara.'' She said in her soft tone.

"Nice to meet you, Tara," he said, smiling a devilish grin at her. He took another long gulp of his beer. His thoughts raced. This young woman was one of the most beautiful creatures he had ever encountered. Ravishing, really.

It almost made him regretful of his dark thoughts of corrupting her innocent soul. If she could be turned, she would be a most valuable source of energy for Lucifer's dark magic.

His gaze wandered over her slowly. "I too often find myself alone with my thoughts," he said. He wondered how such honest words spilled forth from his mouth. "For long years I have been isolated from... my fellow men. I sense you know as well as I how it is to live amongst so many people, yet feel so alone."

Tara

She smiled at his smile, there was something about it.. and he was a handsome man.. at that made her skin seem to stand still as one would say, but she looked at him, reading him... so a demon.. now she would learn the reason why... she was Gabriels daughters one of his many but the first born.

She wondered what he may be thinking.. and wondered if he had caught on to what she was yet... no impossible Tara was always overly careful, she said taking a long deep breath.

OKay this was it, she was starting to catch on to what he was aiming at, she wasn't a vulnerable girl however and she knew many things. ''Alone at times, but not often, I know how to handle myself and my loneliness.'' She said softly.. ''How long has it been.. since you've been away?'' She asked gently.

"Sometimes it feels like centuries," he said, draining his beer down his throat. He set the bottle down on the bar, and the bartender cleared it away a moment later. He felt drawn to this creature, but he had no idea why.

It had been many long years since he had last truly craved the pleasures human flesh had to offer. Whatever part of him that was human, that kept him anchored to this existence... that part was lusting for this fair maiden.

Alex looked into her eyes; yes, he had never encountered anyone like this before.

"Tara... will you have dinner with me tonight?" he asked her quietly.

Tara

''I know the feeling at times'' She said just as gentle and kind as before.. most woman were nervous around him, or acted as if they were scared... not Tara though.

Tara hadn't ever been with a man.. not that she hadn't had chances but it was against the rules to get involved with a human, and here she was having thoughts for a demon.

She smiled that same soft smile as before.

''Sure'' She said nonchalantly and gently looked at him... yes she was different than most... but Tara liked him.. what was wrong with her.. this was way to far against the rules.. and suppose things did happen.. no no way.. she could not allow it..
