2023 Japan. After an earthquake in 2009, strange events have been happening in Japan. Some call it increased acts of violence. One man, who almost everyone saw as insane, said demons came. Guess who was right? Still, the world continues to live in ignorance, while a few have taken it upon themselves, to rid the streets of this menace.

Name: Jinketsu (Jin) Sasaki
Age: 27
Appearence: Black hair, a little long. Goes down to his shoulders. Black eyes. He has a thin appearence, but he works out often, and is quite muscled.
Information: A demon hunter. (Duh.) He took the job when he turned 18, and acts like he's only in the biz for the money, but he wanted revenge. His family was killed by demons in 2012. After 9 years, he's become cocky and confident in his skills, so much that he often goes out on the job long before his partner ever does. He uses a Katana, and a pair of semi-automatic hand guns.

Name: Hisako Hoshiwara
Age: 26
Appearence: 5'9", 145 lbs, shapely curves,36C breasts, long long legs. Lavender shoulder length wavy hair, deep blue eyes.

Hisako always wanted to be a demon hunter, but her talents never ran to the physical. In fact, she tends to be rather clumsy: She had a day of training to be a demon hunter, and nearly killed her sensei!

Her mind is sharp and active, and it was found that her organizational skills were second to none. She was made the boss' personal secretary, and promptly took his rather messy office and made it into an efficient workspace.

She still wants to demon hunt, and regularly practices with a wakizashi. So far she has managed not to kill herself with it, but has no appreciable talent.

She is a good shot, and has a large collection of handguns at home. Her personal favorite is a H & K C-20 .55 calaber caseless shell automag, a big weapon that she has to hold and fire with both hands.

Name: Ayashi
Age: 39
Appearance: His hair is cropped short to disguise his finely receding hair line, the only sign of his age and he has a handsome, sculptured head. He is tall and muscualr, but can blend in to a crowd. He always wears shades - except in bed - and his long, black trenchcoat. Inside his trenchcoat he holds the tools of his trade: twin uzis are his preffered weapon of choice, although he also carries a sniper rifle strapped across his back. As well as this, he keeps close to him a few grenades of various sorts and a knife strapped inside his calf. He used to work for the Japanese secret service until he was asked to kill the daughter (Miyori Miyoshi) of the leader (Ginku) of one of the biggest crime rings in Tokyo. Instead, he fell in love with her.
They both ran away from their respective positions in life and moved to the countryside, always afraid of being caught. Soon after the earthquake Ayashi heard rumuors from the city that Miyori’s fathers clan was building in strength at an inhuman rate, obliterating many of the smaller gangs and severely damaging the livelihood of the larger ones. Within a few years, there was only one real crime clan left in Tokyo, all others acted merely as syndicates of the Miyoshi clan. But life was still good for Ayashi and Miyori, who was pregnant with their first child. Then one night, Ayashi came home from the fields, to find the small cottage torn apart. Miyori and her unborn child were gone and all that remained was a single lotus flower, the calling card of the Miyoshi clan.
Ayashi was devestated and swore from that moment on, to dedicate his life to finding his wife and child. He returned to the city and set up base in a small, dirty part of town, equipping himself with weapons and information. Slowly he discovered the presence of demons in the city and the role that Ginku Miyoshi had to play with them. He saw the havoc and devastation that Ginku and his demons brought to the world and he took it upon himself to help to alleviate the problem, as well as discovering what had happened to Miyori and his unborn child.
