The Democrat District Attorney investigating the death of Monroe County Election Commission Chairman, Republican Jim Miller, now say they may ask a judge to block release of part of Miller's autopsy report. Miller, 60, was found in the trunk of his burning car July 17 in a rural area of Monroe County, Tenn. He had been shot in the head three times, and his body burned beyond recognition.
