Deleting Stories?

OK, I know this has been covered before. Again and again.

I know that you resubmit the story or poem you wish to have removed from Lit with the addition of the word "DELETE" in the title.

I tried this on a poem that is in the Coming Together book. It needs to be removed from Lit. But the procedure didn't work.

The problem is that my original title is too long to fit the entire word DELETE in the title space.

Now what? I know my next step will be Laurel or Manu, but if anyone else has encountered this strange situation could you give me the heads up?

I've only pulled a story once...and I just PM'd Laurel to do it....

You could ask Blacksnake. He pulled all of his stories at one point. I'm sure he must have run into a couple of snafues when he did.
