Deleting existing stories

I've done a world of changes to a story I've already posted, but I can't seem to delete it so I can put the new one up???? How do I do that? In the 'submissions' page there are no buttons to delete the story, just a bunch telling me I can change the voting buttons.

Help! 6000 people have read the crappy version of the story already!!!

As explained in the FAQ, just submit the edited version, with the same title as the first, with the word EDITED added : Crappy Story - EDITED (with your story title in place of 'crappy story'). It will take longer than when you first submitted, but eventually the edited version will replace the old one.

Although if you want to have it be rereleased as a new story again, you will have to delete it and resubmit it. It's similar to editing, except you put Delete in the title, with nothing in the box for the story.
