Uninstall the program using either add/remove programs or a utility program. Then do a search and find any other files or folders that it may have left on your hard drive. Delete all those extra bits that pertain to the removed program, look for cookies or txt files. Reinstall the program and you should have gained the next year of service. I have used this on a couple of programs that have on line support and it has worked. One thing to remember is that if they use an Email check on their end you may want to use a different Email address when you relog on to their space. Hope that helps. EZ
