Deleted user published?

In my Latest Activity (All Activity) I see "Deleted user work has been published" on 03/03/2026. This is not clickable. I believe this is "Mile Tails: Stiffed" by lovecraft68, which previously showed up correctly in my activity. lovecraft68 is still on the site and is not deleted.
Very strange that a user would publish a work and then very soon after be deleted. I believe that this is a site error.
What is going on here?

You can read "deleted user work" as meaning "a deleted work by user." No, it makes no sense, but it's presumably a stock phrase filled in from two database fields that no one has taken the time to rewrite.

That seems strange because "deleted user" is in bold and the rest is not. So, of course I assumed that the user was deleted.

Yes it is and I read it. Then this message showed up later. Now when I go to the story (by selecting it on lovecraft68's stories page), the last page gets Error 404. Oh, and refreshing on my activity page does not change anything - still the same message.
