You could invite her to change your password to something neither of you will remember after you disable PMs and such. That's likely your easiest course of action.
I'd either invite her to visit Lit with me or leave the relationship unless there was a reason for her mistrust (e.g. broken trust in the past). I mean, really, even if you "delete" your account, it's not like you can't sign up for a new one, or visit other sites or "talk to" women you meet in real life. If you haven't gone behind her back in the past, and your not doing so now, then there's a serious issue if she doesn't trust you to do the right thing while you're here.
