So I sold something on ebay (yay for me), but it was a big item so I said the winner could collect it (bit nervous, but worked out). Anyway, we got chatting about ebay (i know, boring). Anyway, I said I made a complaint to the fraud or complaint investigation team, but have yet to get a reply. His advice was put a swear word in the complaint, but not a bad one. He said it was a computer program that scans words, and if it picks up a key word, you get a response from a human. So I said that was interesting, I was just thinking about sending a letter to ebay's lawyers (their oz address for service is in small print on the site), which would cost them at least 500 bucks just to reply. He looked at me, and looked at me, and said something like "or you could do that".
