OOC: Starting a thread for those trying to work out their financial difficulties. Looking for single ladies, married ladies, husband and wives, men with girlfriends, etc....I could use a business partner and a secretary, too

Sitting at his desk, clicking through the client files looking for the weak spot in their various situations. Looking to find the advantage.

Lifting the receiver of the phone, he gets Donna, his secretary on the line.

"When's the first appointment today?"....looking at his watch as he speaks.

Donna is, as usual, organized and on top of it and immediately reads off the first three appointments of the day.

Already 10am and his partner, Miles, hadn't arrived. Swivelling the leather chair back and around, Michael Demetrius looked down at the parking lot. Nope, Miles' red BMW was not in the lot.

Turning back to the computer screen, he ticked off the names of clients he was working for, the unfortunates that happened to have financial tragedy drop into their laps. Some were young, some were older; some were risk-takers that took one risk too many, some were conservatives that were blind-sided by a divorce, an accident, a moment of fiscal letting-their-guard-down. He sipped the dark black coffee and pursed his wet lips, concentrating on the first case ahead of him: Jesse Lawrence, wife of William Lawrence.
He had talked with her on the phone briefly, finding out only the basics....her age (37), her husband's age (42), her occupation (administrative assistant at a small local advertising/marketing firm), her husband's occupation (dentist), # of children (2, ages 11 and 13). The trouble seemed to be something about the mortgage on the house, the security of her family...and a hint of something in her past that prevented her from saying more.
He clicked on the tab for Jesse Lawrence and studied.

OOC: I need a female to play Jesse Lawrence. Also, it is a possibility that William Lawrence will make an appearance, thus I need a male to play his part, as well.
