I was thinking about posting a thanks to Mae thread. Unfortunately, LC has beat me too the task.

Mae has taken me places. To Portland, to view the beautiful coastline, immersed in fog and lush vegitation.

Out east to see the Wall, to experience the strength portrayed in the statues that pay tribute to those who served in Vietnam.

Into her home, her heart and her sexuality.

Mae has taken us abroad, as well as into her heart.

Thanks for the journey. I know there are still a great many places that you plan to travel to and will in return share with us here at the lit.

This is a good idea LC. Mae's threads were always the best. There are so many terms to describe them its hard to pick the right one. Her work was creative, and sensational.

The thread she did for the wall was great, it was sort of spiritual. The pictures and her writing just jumped out at you and made you think about.

When the troll showed up she fought her personal battles and didn't let him win. She carried on in a new direction that showed she could rise above what had happened.

She is truely missed, I personally hope she'll return to us here at LIT.

Damn glad you're back. I only know you from your post-troll postings. I have read much of your earlier stuff but without pictures, it's kind of hard to piece together. I found it interesting that everyone raves about you and now that I've seen your pictures in this thread, I understand. You look like the girl next door but you stick in the mind indefinately.
