Being a Christmas baby can pretty much suck unless someone goes out of their way to make it special....

December 18th

Didn't like it at all when I was young having my birthday one week before Christmas!

Received a lot of joint presents, and other people overlooked my special day because of the holidays. Then there were the birthday gifts wrapped in Xmas paper!

However, as I got older (and older, and older!), I have to admit that I just LOVE having my birthday at this time of year!

I love the lights and music and treats, and I just let this time of year feed me with graditude and joy. I mean, I cannot now imagine having my birthday without seeing sparkling lights and feeling the winter breezes! (Birthdays must be "boring" without them!)

I don't mind birthdays now....there is something magical about
