Spike TV logo flashed on the screen with audio commentary coming on after “the following is a presentation of Spike TV’’. A Fight TV program began, showing clips of past and present FIGHT TV fighters such as Liddel , Couture, Royce Grace and Dan Sever. The clips flowed into an interview with former World Championship Wrestling color commentators Lee Marshall and Mean Gene Okerland.

Jean Okerland: “Hello fans and welcome to a very special half hour edition of FIGHT TV . I’m your host , Mean Gene Okerland. With me is long time wrestling analyst of the American Wrestling Association (AWA) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Lee Marshall”.

Lee Marshall: “Thanks fans and I’m sure you are all thinking “just what the heck are two wrestling analysts doing on a martial arts style program”.

Jean Okerland” :)) “Lee, the answer is, beginning this Saturday night, we will see the face of FIGHT TV programming change for years to come with the debut of our new reality TV show “FIGHT TV ” .

Lee Marshall: “What is ‘FIGHT TV ‘? ‘FIGHT TV is whatever you make it from fighting in an underground pit, the square ring, or fighting outside. We tailor the match to you, the participant”.

Jean Okerland: “Not only that , but ‘FIGHT TV - offers a variety of mixed matches from female vs. female, male vs. male, or female vs male. So tell me. Lee , what are the rules of ‘FIGHT TV ?

Lee Marshall: “Each match will be a no time limit, full-contact bout. A winner is determined by submission or knockout. As far as our ring attire rules are concerned. Only men are allowed to wear tights or speedo trunks, whereas women can only wear one-piece swimsuits or leotards. Under no circumstances are women allowed to wear lingerie or bikinis. This is not ‘Girls Gone Wild‘ and we are not selling sex. The name of the game here , ladies and gentleman, is ‘combat sports‘.

Jean Okerland: “The premiere edition of ‘FIGHT TV will be shown this coming Saturday night, following on each Saturday night of the season. We will be selecting individuals through an online e-mail contest drawing and if you are the lucky contestant that opens our animated karate e-mail attachment, just log on to FIGHT TV and register yourself and your opponent for the fight of your life”.
