So, last night was, um, quite wild. Fantastic at the time, however today I am feeling quite sore. Is there an easy way to apply ice packs of some kind to the labia area?

some relief

Why not just wrap up a small freeze pak in a dishtowel and rest i gently on the affected area....

haha don't you love those nights? I've had that happen once before. It never really hurt for more than two days

Heheh, yes it was fantastic while it lasted. It would have lasted longer had my boyfriend not needed to go home so that he could get up in time to work in the morning.

I'm feeling a lot better now than when I posted this this morning. I realized that I wrote that it was last night, but this was THURSDAY night that this happened and I'm still feeling like this on Saturday morning.

I learnt this trick after the birth of my daughter.

Get an 'icy pole' ice block, the long thin ones that come in plastic, tear one end of a sanitary pad open, slide the ice block in and then you can stick it in your panties.

You can move about quiet freely..... :D

The labia and surrounding area is extremely sensitive, so I'd not recommend putting anything directly onto the skin. Maybe a cool wet cloth will help. Or here what I did when I got a black eye: in a small plastic bag, I placed crushed ice, and wrapped the bag in linen several times (I used a pillow case). It wasn't cold enough to damage the skin, but it felt so good. Maybe that could help.

I realise that you are probably over your soreness or at least over the worst of it (I hope anyway :) ) but I thought that others may benefit from advice later on!! When I had my daughter at the local hospital, the nurses offered frozen condoms as 'relief'. If it works after having a baby (it helped me) then it should help after a good 'n rough night......

Frozen condoms? Like, just unroll them and freeze? Or were they filled with anything?

Yes, the soreness is gone.....not sure if all the bruising is gone as I haven't actually taken a mirror and looked, but I'm feeling a lot better.
