Ok I Have a basic Idea comics are always recycling them selves Dc doesn’t By Infint Crises every so often Something happens and alternate realties collapse on them selves And boom The history of a character is changed So that it is up dated And a character that has been around since 1928 Can still be around in 2008 and still be 24. Well What if this recon never happened The heroes aged that would mean In to days society The heroes we see to day Are fourth and third generation Hero or they Are some one totally new .

My Idea is to play That its 2008 We have more crime because super villains are more common and heroes have dwindled Since Super man Retired And his son Was skilled protecting the earth and well There was Only one bat man And at 89 he aint much of a hero any more.

Powers / Special Skills All incarnations of the Flash can move, think, and react at superhuman speeds, and vibrate so fast that the Flash can walk through walls. Bart hasn’t tried this trick yet Only Barry as been able to do it Wally always ended up blowing up what ever he vibrated through.
On several occasions, the Flash has been shown in various races against Superman to determine which one is faster (or as part of a mutual effort to thwart some type of threat); these races, however, often resulted in ties because of outside circumstances.(In Adventures of Superman # 463 The Flash does beat Superman in a race). Speedsters may at times use the ability to speed-read at incredible rates and in doing so, process vast amounts of information. Whatever knowledge they acquire in this manner is usually temporary (Bart Allen seems to be the exception, though in earlier years, Max Mercury believed that Bart's speed learning would not stick).
Flashes and other super-speedsters also have the ability to speak to one another at a highly accelerated rate. This is often done to have private conversations in front of non-fast people (as when Flash speaks to Superman about his ability to serve both the Titans and the JLA in The Titans #2). Speed-talking is also sometimes used for comedic effect where Flash becomes so excited that he begins talking faster and faster until his words become a jumble of noise (Wally West once became so surprised that he generated a small sonic boom with his voice).

Brief History was the grandson of Barry Allen and his wife Iris. Born to Meloni Thawne and Don Allen, Bart is related to a number of superheroes and super villains. His father, Don, is one of the Tornado Twins and his paternal grandfather is Barry Allen, the second Flash. His paternal grandmother, Iris West Allen, is also the adoptive aunt of the third Flash, Wally West; therefore, Bart is his own cousin. Wally and Bart are second cousins by marriage, adoption. Bart is also the cousin of XS, a Legionnaire and daughter of Dawn Allen. On his mother's side, he is a descendant of super villains Professor Zoom and Cobalt Blue as well as the half brother of Owen Mercer, the new Captain Boomerang.

Suffering from a hyper-accelerated metabolism, Bart Allen was aging at a faster rate than that of any human being thus causing him to appear the age of twelve when he was chronologically only two years old. To prevent him from developing mental health problems, he was raised in a virtual reality machine which created a simulated world that kept pace with his own scale of time. When it became clear that this method was not helping, his grandmother, Iris Allen, took him to The Flash, Wally West, tracked him down in a race across the world. By forcing Bart into an extreme burst of speed, Wally managed to shock his hyper-metabolism back to normal.[1] Because he had spent the majority of his childhood in a simulated world, Bart had no concept of danger and was prone to leaping before he looked. The youth proved to be more trouble than Wally could handle, and he was palmed off onto retired superhero speedster Max Mercury, who moved Bart to Manchester, Alabama.

Bart joined the Titans[2] early in his career before going on to become one of the founding members (along with Robin and Superboy) of the superhero team Young Justice. For a time, Impulse became the owner of a spaceship granted to him by a rich sultan in appreciation for having helped save his castle. The team used this ship to reunite Doiby Dickles with his queen and restore the rightful rule of Myrg. Impulse stayed with Young Justice for an extensive period of time during which he developed the ability to make speed-force energy duplicates. This allowed him to be in multiple places at once. The newly acquired power proved useful until one of the duplicates was killed during the "Our Worlds at War" storyline when half the team was lost on Apokolips. Bart quit Young Justice temporarily as the death of his duplicate led him to come to terms with his own mortality.

Following Max Mercury's disappearance, Bart was taken in by Jay Garrick, the first Flash, and his wife Joan. After the breakup of Young Justice, Bart joined some of his former teammates in a new line-up of the Teen Titans. During his stay with Jay he discovered that his grandmother Iris was actually Jay’s daughter and had once been a kid flash her self . Wile Off on an adventure With the Titans Bart fought along side his uncle Wally and Failed to be able to save him after that, Bart’s Powers Vanished.
