There has been “no case” where the federal government has refused use of foreign vessels in the Gulf oil spill clean-up because of the Jones Act, according to a statement released by the National Incident Command (NIC)

The so-called "storm" caused the Feds to stop some of the clean-up along the shoreline. Anything tort in a storm.

Obama's new Interior secretary Ken Salazar made it a point to "clean up" MMS in his first statements in January 2009. Yet MMS granted approval for BP's well in February 2009, and had responsibility for inspections since that time.

But sure, try "Bush's fault" again, it's only going on 18 months since he left office.

When all else fails blame Bush. This excuse has gotten real old. It's time Obama stood up and took some responsibility. I have never heard one President Put so much blame on the previous administration as Obama has on Bush. And I didn't like Bush.
