Explain to me why this this oil spill is Obama's fault. The regulations and guidelines that BP drilled under were set in place by Dick Cheney and the Bush administration. Just like the economy Obama is left to clean up their mess.

Obama's new Interior secretary Ken Salazar made it a point to "clean up" MMS in his first statements in January 2009. Yet MMS granted approval for BP's well in February 2009, and had responsibility for inspections since that time.

But sure, try "Bush's fault" again, it's only going on 18 months since he left office.

When all else fails blame Bush. This excuse has gotten real old. It's time Obama stood up and took some responsibility. I have never heard one President Put so much blame on the previous administration as Obama has on Bush. And I didn't like Bush.

So the thread starter, who cheered when the drilling moratorium imposed by Obama was overturned, can come back and call the next spill the "ObamaSpill" when oil company recklessness leads to the inevitable next disaster.
