I thought this was a quite recent I/T story, but now I can't find it:
A married couple with an 18+ daughter are having marriage difficulties. The daughter overhears her mother speaking on the phone with a friend, talking about cheating on her husband and how he "doesn't realize that she's not his" (or words to that effect). She concludes that her dad is not her biological father, tells him about it, and convinces him to have sex with her to get back at his wife. They begin an affair.
The parents eventually divorce, the mother never having found out about the relationship, and I think maybe the daughter gets pregnant (unsure about that part). Then in a final twist, there's some sort of confrontation where the mother reveals that she never cheated on the father, and that the phone conversation the daughter overheard was about another friend committing adultery. The dad/daughter realize that he is her biological father after all.
