Lanny and a few other of his old friends play Poker ever other Friday generally get a little drunk and passed out at his place. When he has known these guys since he had started working at the plant some 20 years ago the poker games generally at were at someone else's house until Lanny's wife left him.
He has not been the best of father and pretty much has let his daughter do whatever she wants as long as you bring home a good grades from school. He doesn't have time to take her shopping spree generally gives her money and she gets to wear whatever she wants. Being that he generally works 12 hour rotating shifts he doesn't see his daughter very often except for when she stumbles in between the late hours or early in the morning.
The poker game has been going on for several hours by the time his daughter comes in from clubbing /date/ sex party.... the guys are pretty drunk at this time and Lanny judgment has gone out the window.

Red hair short , blue eyes medium build, aged well for guy his age for a guy and his 50s. He really hasn't been the same sentence his wife divorced him took most of his money and disappeared with her boyfriend leaving him with his daughter lots of bills to pay and his job at the factory.
