Does this show not broadcast the most important and obscure facets of human life?


From viewing this show I have learned...


-I am not qualified to pick a person out a lineup

-No car can protect me if I am in an accident

-The "fresh" ground beef I buy may be weeks if not months old

-The life of a cheerleader is filled with misery and strife

-Only Alfred Hitchcock can say "Good Evening" better than Stone Phillips.


Do you all watch Dateline?

Depends on whatcher cheering for, I guess...I've had quite a successful time of it.

Not since they rigged that truck to blow up in the early years of the show. Yeah, they never mention that anymore.

Now, whenever they show how some in-home nurses beat elderly people they care for or something similarly shocking, I just wonder how many cases they had to look through until they got the one that they knew people would watch.

Most "investigative journalism" is bullshit. Especially during any kind of ratings sweeps.
