A meeting takes place in a hotel across from the Kremlin. In attendance, KGB officials along with others from the Kremiln, a US Businessman who thirty years late would be sworn in and the 45th President of the United Staes and his Czech wife.
Promised of millions of dollars were made and the hotel (heavily surveilled by the KGB) ownership was offered.
Over the years, unknown numbers of conversations were conducted there.
