Dark

In several Saunas I have seen the instalation of a"Dark Room". They were always empty and really very dark.- What are they for? Who uses them, and for what. Anybody explains?

I read about this room the other day that is one of the quietest places on earth. They said some people can't handle more than 15 minutes in it because it's so quiet they can hear their own body functioning and it freaks them out.
Said other people love it and can spend over an hour in it. I think I'd be one fo the latter because total quiet sounds freaking awesome.

I'd like to see how long I could last and being able to hear your body would be such a cool experience. You could shift into various parts and hear how your body moves. That's amazing.

I know they said that some people hate hearing their joints move because it sounds very rough. I think it would be neat.

I've gone this before and loved it. Completely dark and sound proof and you float in saltwater the same temperature as your body.

Read about it in Cardinal and the Kremlin. I suppose if you woke up in a place like that, not knowing where you are, would be pretty terrifying.
