"Shouldn't I be out crushing the innocent or creating some mayhem? Instead of being locked up in this Academy facing off against students you know I can beat?" Sage threw another fire ball at the other student, sending him crashing into the wall.

The teachers and students moved over to him quickly. Professor Kelton turned to Sage with anger, "Sage! You are not supposed to hurt them. This is a lesson. We understand that you are far more advanced for your years, but there is absolutely no reason to show off!"

Sage rolled her eyes and stated, "It was only a stunner. He'll be fine. Maybe you should teach him to fight back instead of stand there and get hit."

Professor Kelton walked towards her with a fireball in hand and said, "This is not a pansy school of good magic. I'll teach whatever I choose to teach and my next lesson might be to teach to how to listen." The professor's eyes glowed bright red as he looked down at Sage, whose eyes showed red as well before returning to crystal blue.

Sage threw a lightning bolt at a wall as she turned and walked out of the courtyard angrily. The professor called after her, "You better clean up your act before the Dark Prince arrives! His father could shut us down!"

Sage walked down the dark corridor of the castle to her room. She could have just shimmered there, but this way she had more time to think.

Sage was a beautiful girl of 19 with extraordinary powers. She was forced to come to this school by her parents. Her mother was an evil enchantress and her father was great evil wizard, both of whom worked closely with the Dark King. They sent her to the school so that she could harness her power and one day serve the King's successor, the Dark Prince.

Sage, on the other hand, did not have plans to serve anyone. She had never met the Dark Prince, but she assumed that he was weak because he and his family were always surrounded by wizards and enchantresses to protect them. Why would she serve someone weaker than herself?

She was making her way through the main hall towards the dormitory when the Great Doors blew open and a large group of guards walked in, surrounding a cloaked figure. Sage slipped into invisibility as she noticed Professor Kelton enter the hall to greet them.

Kelton kneeled and said, "Welcome, your highness." The cloaked figure removed his hood and Sage gasped as she took in the prince's handsome face.

OOC: Sage (19), raven hair, porcelain skin, crystal blue eyes that seem to glow, wears an altered version of the school's uniform: short black pleated mini skirt, a short sleeved button down shirt that is small so shows her navel with a red tank top underneath, and black knee high boots.

The Dark Prince Malcolm

OOC: I hope that you like this idea for him.

Malcolm Johanson
"The Dark Prince"
Age: 22
Height: 6' 6"
Hair: Black
Eyes: Black
Muscular and well built

Prince Malcolm had been with his escorts to the school to check out what was going on, and see if there was anyone that would be worthy of being one of his Wizards or Enchantresses, and who knows, he might find a challenge. You see Malcolm was a very good Dark Wizard also, and he just smiled to himself as the Guards walked in front of him and into the Hall. The main teacher came to greet him, and he gave him a smirk. "Good to see you again, I assume that you have some good students at this time that will be of good use." He stopped at that time, and looked up into the shadows, right where Sage was hiding, and winked at her. He then went off to see the other students.

"Good to see you again, I assume that you have some good students at this time that will be of good use."

Kelton stood from his kneel and replied, "We have some very promising students this year, your highness. Though I must warn you, some are powerful, but without discipline."

Sage scoffed at the remark by her teacher, but was soon distracted when she noticed the prince looking in her direction, winking before following the professor.

Sage rolled her eyes as she reappeared and muttered, "Arrogant jerk." She walked down the great stairs and followed in the direction the group had went.

Kelton led the prince out to the courtyard where the seniors were practicing their magic and trying to show off for the prince. The group followed Kelton to the center of the courtyard and pointed out some of his more promising pupils, bragging on their mastery of potions, fireballs, levitation, etc.

Sage perched herself on one of the glassless windows seperating the hall from the courtyard. She watched silently as her bumbling classmates did their best to get in the prince's good graces. How pathetic to try and impress such a pompous prick., she thought to herself as she propped her legs up on the wall, allowing her skirt to slide up a little.

Dark Prince Malcolm

"Hmm, let's see how they handle themselves then, shall we." He put his hand into the air, and threw out a muttered spell that conjured up a small army of dark creatures for them to fight. He then sat back and watched, also keeping an eye on them just in case they got into trouble, and he was ready to send the creature away, and the student out of the courtyard as unworthy.

Sage watched as the Prince created the dark creatures to test the students and knew right away that they would most likely fail the test. She observed the students as threw there weak spells at the creatures and the creatures dodged them easily.

"This is the most sad spectacle I have ever seen!" She hopped down from her perch and sauntered over to the group. The creatures began to creep towards her with hungry eyes. She smirked at the creatures and closed her eyes, muttering a spell.

As she finished the spell, she opened her eyes which glowed bright red and raised her hands towards the creatures. A wave of fire rushed from her hands and turned the creatures to ash. The students wiped the ash from their uniforms and moved away.

"Impressive bunch, Professor." She smirked and walked back over to her perch.

Malcolm

Malcolm smiled and nodded. "She will do. What is your name Ma'am?" He looked at Sage and banished the creatures bodies, and told the students that were there, that he had made his decision now. They could leave, well except for Sage, who he wanted to learn more about.

He looked at the head teacher, and he told him her name and he nodded.

"I'm impressed Sage, you are good, almost as good as I am." He grinned at her, and chuckled. "I'm kidding, your at least my equal in your ability."

"She will do. What is your name Ma'am?"

Choosing to ignore him, Sage chose to focus her attention on her manicure that needed some attending to. Sage looked up from her nails and stared at the Prince and her teacher exchanging information about her, unamused.

"I'm impressed Sage, you are good, almost as good as I am." This caught Sage's attention, causing her to come down from her perch. It only caught her attention because of Sage's disagreement with the statement.

He laughed and corrected himself,"I'm kidding, your at least my equal in your ability."

She placed on her hips with a smirk and said, "You're right. I am." Professor Kelton shook his head and said, "Sage, could you be a little more polite to royalty?"

Sage laughed and walked towards them, noticing the height he had over her 5'8" body. She had no intention of being his wizard servant, but she figured she might be able to make a little advancement in the magical world and she would leave him to fend for himself.

Sage made an exaggerated curtesy to the ground, jokingly and said, "Forgive me, your highness. How can I be of service?"

Malcolm

Malcolm took off his robes, revealing his muscular body, dressed completely in black. She could see the tattoo of the serpent on his lower right arm and that he wore his pants tight, along with a sleeveless t-shirt. "Well you can prepare to learn some manners Sage. How about a duel, winner gets the loser for the night of pleasure, and if you lose you will work for me without any problems. If I lose, I will admit that you are my better, and leave with one of the lesser mages." He thought that this would get rid of her pigheadedness, and her rude attitude. He waved off his guards, and stood on one side of the courtyard waiting for her with his arms at his side.

Sage watched as he removed his cloak and walked over the other side of the courtyard. She had to admit that his body was impressive, but she was not wavered by that thought.

"You want to duel with me, your highness? Is this some kind of macho pride thing? Did a girl bruise your ego?"

Professor Kelton stepped in and said, "I don't think this is a good idea, your highness. Sage can go a bit overboard and I really don't want any harm to come to you..er...or her."

Sage moved over to the opposite side of the courtyard and said, "Whatever. Let's get this over with." Even if she lost, she thought to herself, the night wouldn't be all bad and she could always escape once she earned his trust.

"I'll let you cast the first spell, your highness."
